ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE

Arrival Time: From 16:00 hrs.
Departure Time: Before 11.00 hrs. If you want to stay later and there is availability, please arrange it in advance. In some cases, an extra half day will be charged.

WATER & ELECTRICITY

The water is from a well and is not drinkable. It is recommended to drink only mineral water. 
In the unlikely event that the electricity goes off, please open the electricity box located by the front door and turn any switches in the down position upwards.

RUBBISH

Please dispose of your rubbish in the appropriate containers located on the main road. 

Please dispose of toilet paper in the bin provided next to the toilet, as this is likely to cause blockages in the sewage system. 

BREAKAGES & DAMAGE

In the event furniture, fixtures, fittings and effects in or on the Property are broken or damaged during your stay, you will be responsible for the cost of replacement which will be deducted from your deposit. If the cost of this is greater than your deposit, we reserve the right to charge for any breakages, damage, or theft that may occur during your stay.
We are not responsible for any breakages, damage, losses, theft or disappearance of any personal property that may occur during your stay.

We request a breakages and damage deposit of 200€ upon arrival and collection of the keys, refunded upon departure with the return of the keys.

No smoking is allowed in the apartment or out on the terrace.

Prices are inclusive of cleaning, bed sheets and towels.
